Sounds, Need Help

Dear mates,

Please if any one can help me in that,

I almost finish my game, and trying to put sounds,

the main menu sound works right, but the character jump sound doesn't, i don't know why

I tried to put the jump sound into (Touch button + Character Jump sound) but it still not working

Any one can help me in this plea

Is it an instant play sound? Meaning no dead space at the beginning of the .mp3? Sometimes the button is not held long enough to activate the sound if there is a gap between the start of the sound.
