I Have Problem For Sound Background

I have problem for sound background .
I add sound.mp3 in BG . I did not hear in preview mode.But character sound,Effect it work.
I tested another PC BG sound and character sound,Effect it work.
I think my PC is have problem ,But I can't find for in this problem.
help me.plz (Sorry,My English is not good.)

Hi, not easy to know where the problem is with this information.

At first I would check if the sound is on the correct UI (this one you start at the Previewer)
If this doesn't work and the Soundfile works on your computer, i would try to convert the file or load it into a soundprogramm- export as new file and try again

If this doesn't work- I don't know where the problem is- than you should contact the support

you write: you have add the soundfile to the background, but did you add the soundfile on the UI in the Mindmap? (Because there should start the background music/sound)

 

I tryed convert mp3 but program says "only .mp3"

 

When you BB says "only.mp3" is the convertion Maybe not correct.

If you want, you can send me the BB file and i try it on my computer
