How To Make A Game Ui Open Only For The First Time A User Plays

I am trying to make a tutorial on how to play and I want it to occur only for the first time a user plays.Does anyone have a solution?

 

Use an event observer and set it to 'redirect'

Thanks and i am using this for help Ui so i have to make two help ui one for one time and other for main menu help button so what change is game size it can make using this or if you have another idea then please tell me
