Dear BuildBoxer After four months of work (only at night being my third job) I am proud to present Gerald Story, fantasy platform game made with this amazing tool called BuildBox. The game still has much work to be complete before but I think it is already very fun and different from the usual games that we usually see. They are now 9 playable levels and 2 challenges but soon it will reach many more. There will be challenges and issues related to holidays and new worlds. I've used my wife's ipad to play, very nice game but runs very fast and when I go back all the platforms are gone.
I could test it only on iphone 7, I know of ipad should be slowed down a bit. These adjustments will make them in the next version when buy an ipad
I like the icon very much so I've decided to install this game and play a bit even I'm not a platform game fan as much as others. I like the graphic and sound design. It all works together. Maybe some UI screens could be more consistent, too many different colors on buttons for me. But this is just a tiny comment. The character is cool and his animation too. I've played few checkpoints and can't see what is the difference between other platform games as you've mentioned is different form usual games. What makes it to stand out? Congrats by achieving a publisher with this title, I wish you luck! Issues I've found: - in Options you have Restore IAP button - I think term "IAP" means nothing to users so would be better to change it to common language - I was able to jump on the bottom of the screen few times, even if I felt from the rock I was still jumping there to reach the ground
thanks for the advices! I meant that I did not want to make a single-game touch but something structured. Level 1 is simple but going forward the game becomes a mix of platforming and impossible game. the challenges are very difficult. try to move on and you'll understand what I mean. thanks again the answer.
