maybe your phone could not handle that much big file of your game or it cant handle that much ram or space its taking,I'd suggest taking somebody's fast phone and try on it!LOL
Im guessing its android, and have noticed with death animation, when testing on my samsung, the same thing happening. I was just guessing my device is getting old or running out of space. So try what @harislatif said and try a newer device or delete some space on your device.
No my phone ram is 3gb And 10 gb free space and i have tried with different devices so freeing space will not work

Man you have 9 atlases in this game, far to many for nothing. Your game has a white wall, black spike and a background. This game should really get away with 1 atlas, 2 at the most. You really need to work on reducing them down. Make your images smaller, reduce your developer logo, its way to big, nearly takes up 1 atlas on its own. Your background is to big and theres lots of big black squares in them. Reduce your atlases and image sizes and your game will run more efficient and use less memory on devices. oh, its not a bad game too. good luck with it.
Just delete any objects that you dont use. Always press "remove unused level objects, images, scenes, components, and all." then for always press "optimize" while in atlas editor. For square single color images, just drag it in buildbox as a small image and resize to make it bigger
Hmm a lot of atlases , my Games Kevin to Go have 2 atlases and the Second isNot full .My Game runing on my Old Tablet with 1 GB RAM with tegra 3 Chip
Your backgrounds , what for a Hight weight ? My colored backgrounds black or blue have 10 px i make it bigger in BB . And the Spikes make it as Clone . And Back delete in 1000 its enough
