Background Problems Big Line

I have sometimes One Big Line in my backgrounds i have time Offset 0 . Normal ist should Not happen.

 

It also does not always come when I restart the game it's gone. What also sometimes times with some happens that the jump button does not go only after a new start

 

Change the tiling offset to -1.

 

Ok thanks i Test it , but its sometimes when i Play it in my Handy . I Start the game New an its works .
