How To Make Enemy Walk?

How can i make Enemies walk in the limited zone (area)

 

add him animatio (to look like his walking) and control the area with `Transform Tool` (search here)

 

And add linear velocity -5, -10 or -15 it depends the speed you want for your enemy.

 

How can i use Transform TOOL for control area? Please explain me.Please reply.This is very important for me.
