or uninstall BB, delete folder C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\eightcell\Buildbox\com.eightcell.buildbox\modules and install BB.

Definitely follow up with support@buildbox.com. The most common solution to this problem is to make sure you are using the officially downloaded modules. If you are and still have this issue then you might have some license or other problem. Support can help you with this.

The modules should download in the background. Uninstall then install BB again - open it up and wait for the download to kick in. Also, check you are not behind a VPN - BB doesnt like that!

    Delete folder C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\eightcell\Buildbox\com.eightcell.buildbox\modules
Open C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc "hosts" and delete all line of Buildbox....
    and Run BB.
If the modules are not automatically downloaded, contact with support support@buildbox.com

Please don't ask for people to upload modules.

That said let me make this clear as I think it may be related to your problem. If you do not download the modules directly from our servers using a licensed version of Buildbox then the modules will not work for you. Even if you get them from someone else. Your copy of Buildbox MUST download the modules you are using. Else it won't work and you will get the same result you are having.

If you still have an issue the only way to solve it is to contact support@buildbox.com.
