Hi, I tried the free trial for buildbox and I remember that if you want to continue with BB you have to subscribe to the monthly or year subscription, but the monthly subscription had a clausule that you have to be a subscriber for 1 year and later you can unsuscribe. NOw I look for it again and it says that you can unsuscribe anytime.

Did the Policy and Terms chaanged recently or the monthly suscribe will still be charged for a year?

    Thanks.

It looks like the Policy changed and you can cancel at anytime.

You need to give 30 days notice of cancelling.

Haha. Not yet. ;) You know me. But seriously, I think this was long due and I welcome this kind of policy changes. This also means that Buildbox has grown a lot and has now much more customers who make a strong investment base to make this even possible. Really good news over all in my humble opinion.

I am not a lawyer but you should ask support first to confirm. You signed the contract for 12 months and unless they informed you that they have changed the policy so now you can unsubscribe any time, that condition might only apply to new subscribers...

It is always better to talk to them if you face to a financial difficulty or unhappy with the software or service.

You guys are confusing me. Are you or are you not? If this is going to court can you defend me?

Lol - I am NOT a lawyer and when you go to court do not say that "but trudnai said this, so it must be true" :)
