the link for the art was in your welcome emaila, but it's not very obvious, you'll have to look carefully, but it's in one of two emails you got

 

If it's an upgrade you don't get any !

 

i just purchased 3 days ago... built 3 games now... one currently have bugs... still working to make the game better...

i tried to download it everyday few times for almost 2 weeks... but the speed is very slow and it failed halfway normally.

 

finally i downloaded it...

Wait are you serious? no art packs included....all these video tutorials showing the art...I buy it tonight...only to finally have access to this forum section and THEN find out there is NO art packs? Thats BS 100%

 

email support@buildbox.com and explain this... they need to be aware that people think it still comes with art, and maybe they will hook you up

 

I contacted BB support and was advised there were no artpacks with BB2. They need to update the tutorials to reflect this.

As I know for every product update means adding more features, options, and more. But for Buildbox, I am really shocked! there is nothing and I have to start building my resources from scratch, is that fair!! I thought there will an average tools enough to work with it. Therefore, is it possible to find thoses packeges and updated to new Buildbox 2 and after?! I hope so
