how to make character rotate 90 degrees when clicked.

I would like to make a game where there are 4 different colored balls (Blue,Red,Green&Yellow) the game will shoot out the balls with 1 second delay inbetween (randomly) and the player will have too tap the screen to rotate the square to match up with the colored ball.

does anyone know how too do this?
