Hi there, i already purchased a subscription 1 day ago but yet still didn't get an Email with license and Download Link... So my question, how's the normal timeframe to get the Email with Download Links and license Information??? Thanks heaps for any Feedback and best regards, Christian
If transaction passed successfully you should get link immediately, check your spam folder, maybe it is there.
@abdussadik thanks much for your answer! transaction passed successfully (at least my CC provider shows so). also i checked my spam folder etc. and i only got immediately after subscription the "Welcome" mails but none with holding the download link and license informations. best regards, Christian
If you still don't have all the license and download info please contact support@buildbox.com to get it sorted.

Do you have a ticket number? When you email support you should get an immediate response confirming that your mail has been received. If you emailed late in the day you might not get an answer until sometime today.
