Distance works based on pixels. If you go to scene editor you will see the number of pixels. Watch his technical training series to learn!

Hi @johnocampo89, easiest way is to simply test with a number, try 200 and see if its anywhere close to what you want. I read somewhere that each square on the Buildbox grid in the scene editor, represents approx 50 pixels, so you can use that to gauge also.

If you're using the iPhone 5 width of 1136 pixels, half way across the screen would be 568px, so if you want your character to wake an object that it half way across the screen, then set wake up to 568.

600px would have see object wake up really early (character >>.............................................................<< object 600 pixels away).
50px would have see object wake up really late (character >>.....<< object only 50 px from character).

Hope that explains it a bit?

Alternatively create an object that looks like a ruler and temporarily place that on the scene...
