Creating games after 4 months Break

I am making a game of endless running, after 4 months break.

As machine rise says, a successful game needs awesome graphics. gameplay, marketing. So I took time, observed many techniq and stories. now am back in track.

Since you haven't replied I just want to say that the reason I asked is:

1. That second coloured horse is a simple reskin which would take anyone less than 10 minutes to do if they have the first main character, so be wary of that.

2. Way more important than my first point, depending on if you really did hire a freelancer or not. It took a simple google search to find them, The assets you are using are free and can be downloaded here:

I just noticed from your recent post that even the free tile and waterfall assets from the site are included in your game. If you did pay a freelancer for this I suggest you get a refund asap, if you are not sure how let us know the site you used or method of payment (should always be paypal) and I can help. If you didn't hire a freelancer then you did a good job finding these assets and they are really nice.

Ah @Aaron F you beat me by a minute. I didn't consider the freelancer himself may be the artist who posted in that site. Still, @smmsud should know they are available for anyone.

 

LOL. I assume he lied about the "hiring" part. Not going to believe anything this user says from now on. He seems to be a troll.

That is the problem with not buying a custom art, but if the game play is different than that, it can be still a good game.

 

hello .. Sorry to reply lately.
All assets are in public domain [hired from freelancer doesnt mean u are buying.] I emailed the owner, And he said I can use them for commercial reason.

Your statement here was misleading and gave an impression that you actually hired an artist. You should have come out plane. A simple "oh I got this free from xyz site - check it out and hope its useful to you too" would have sufficed.

This way we are helping one another.
