How Do I Reset Coins When Game Is Over But Not Add Them To Total And Best

Hello, Is there any way so that when the "game over" screen appears all coins or points collected in that level are lost and are not added to global total and best because i tell it to reset current local coins if the character collides with an enemy which makes current local coins reset to 0 which is what I want but it still adds the coins collected in that level to total and best and I don't want it to do that. any ideas how to stop it doing that?

 

You can create seprate counter for your score then on level complete add that value to total coins.

Simple
