Bb No Longer Works For Me. Can This Happen If I'm Behind On My Bill?

    Buildbox suddenly stopped working for me today. I can't do anything, including click on a dropdown menu.

    Can this happen if your bill is past due (which mine is)? No one from Buildbox informed me of a deactivation, so I'm in the dark.

    I did uninstall and reinstall Buildbox, to no avail.

    I tried to find a way to get caught up online but can't find where.

    This should have nothing to do with Billing. I would uninstall reinstall. If still persists contact support@buildbox.com and. we can further troubleshoot

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

    How long does it take support to reply? I've not heard back from anyone, and Buildbox still is not working on my PC.

    P.S. I'm caught up on my bill and being charged again today, so I'm spending money here... :)

    Alright, @DBL here's how you fix things around.

    This will work if you have a windows based machine.
    Open your search bar and type Graphics Settings
    Open that option and then click on Browse (add your Buildbox.exe in the list)
    Click on Buildbox Icon so 2 options are visible Options and Remove buttons
    Click on Options Select Power Saving
    Click on Save button

    Close the windows and start Buildbox

    Enjoy!

    It would help if you provided some info about your computer. Graphics card, some specs. I would send your dxdiag to support - rather than a generic 'help! BB won't work on my pc'.

    Has anything updated before the crash? Check your updates/downloads to see if any programmes have caused this. Try running Buildbox as an administrator.

    Right click BB icon on desktop.
    Select Compatibility
    try using the compatibility mode

    How long does it take for support to return an email? I realize I'm being a bit impatient, but I believe I sent my first email on Tuesday, and I haven't received an initial response. I'm caught up on my bill and paid for the next month, so I'm anxious to get back to work. Thank you.

    Check if you have multiple display on.
    The other thing you can do for windows navigate to appdata/local/eightcell folder and delete buildbox folder inside that and then reopen your buildbox for fresh restart.

    I hope this will fix your issue.
