I have not been able to login to my 2 PRO buildbox versions of our accounts. I have bought the INDIE version and was billed even though I cancelled it. Our company bought 2 pro versions and none of them work. They both say we are using the free version. Password reset doesn't work because it does not recognize my 2 email accounts. admin@***ing.com and ceo@***ki.com.tw Now that I used my Google Account to sign into the Buildbox App, it wont allow me to sign out of the free account. It took 5 weeks to resolve the Indie issue. Hopefully this one gets resolved today. I will keep everyone updated when the Buildbox Team replies and how they fix this issue because im sure hundreds of other people are having this problem. DB

Great New Boxers! I contacted customer support and got my issue resolved within 24 hours. I now have the Pro version or BB linked up to my Pro email account. I can log in and user the software.
