I have tried to email the support team of Buildbox twice in a week but get no reply. Last month Buildbox pulled money from my account twice because and then it only worked for a week. it havent worked for several weeks. I have to upgrade to continue my game and i feel i shouldnt have to since i have payed. This is bad service in my book.
