Hi there, can you send these details to support@buildbox.com along with the bbdoc, so we can have a closer look? Thanks.

Understand that I don't really want to give you my bbdoc.

if it exports still, it's fine. also, try updating to the latest xcode.

I obviously have the latest version of Xcode with Catalina and without FAN it works.

Problem is on the export with FAN.

    Please give it a try.

    Thx

Try coordinating with Support@Buildbox.com as they could help you with this. If you're not comfortable with sending a BBDOC, try to create a strippped down version or another bbdoc with FAN for them to test. Good luck! @evan93

Hi Evan, I believe you indicated that you used Xcode 11.5.
The Dev's are saying to try with Xcode 11.6 and it should work.
Please let me know if it helps. :)

    Hi Evan,

Sorry for any inconvenience, the Dev's are aware of this issue and a fix should be included with the next update.

    Regards,

2 updates later it's still the same thing and I pay a subscription for nothing. Is it really serious?

    Hi Evan,

I'll be reopening your original ticket so I can take a closer look into the issue that you're having. With the update of Buildbox 2 & Xcode, I'll need to know the versions you're currently using. I see your Buildbox 2 version is 2.3.13. Which Xcode version are you currently using?
(I'll also message you via Buildbox support email.)
