Buildbox Crashed And I Lost My Character

Hi, so i was working and suddenly buildbox crashed and now my character is gone, i had so much scripts animations in it.

The game works fine on clicking play but there is no character under character panel,
So i cant add more stuff to that
Please help me
I worked on it so much and now it goes to zero

So there is a bug.

First if you add anything from asset library, your characters will get disappear from asset library.
If you add 2,3 assets again from asset library, your character will come back.

 

ALWAYS save often, especially if you do some major work. I will always save after doing anything, big or small in my games. Just in case!

 

I always save in iterations but none of them are working.
Now It crashes and shows me Crash report window

 

Ouch., Send the bb doc over to support to take a look

 

When it crashed i sent the crash report almost 10 times.

 

Can you DM the project file with this issue at your earliest convenience. Would love to get this investigated and addressed
