Hello team @Sean Buildbox @TreySmith @Josh (Nology Games) @ZackGriset After purchasing the license, we can use Buildbox 3D, but the very bad thing that we are stucked is that opening the existing bbdoc codes developed in buildbox 2.3.8 and earlier in Buildbox 3. If we open that, everything is messed up and so really want a quick help from you where we can access the buildbox 2.3.8. Now entering the license key, buildbox 3D works but buildbox 2D doesn't works. What should we do in order to access buildbox 2D instead of 3D? We really want to get back 2.3.8 and that's the reason we purchased a new license. Please come to rescue as soon as possible as we are stucked with multiple projects at a time Waiting to hear back from you
if you already had a Buildbox subscription, you shouldn't be having any issues as Buildbox2 should still be on your account. we are no longer giving BB2 away as It is the old software, but if you go into the accounts panel, the Key that you need to use is under BB2, not BB3 as they are different keys
@Josh (Nology Games) can you please let us know where to find that key for BB 2? We tried using BB 3 key but it doesn't works, so where should we find the key for BB 2? Highly appreciated your fast response. Thanks and happy new year
@Josh (Nology Games) when you say account pannels, where you mean to say exactly? Can't understand. Can you please ellaborate?
If you still didn't get a reply then I believe you need to send an email to support @buildbox.com they should be replying soon with a fix for your missing license
Thanks man for your words. Yes have already emailed support but usually it takes time and was expecting faster response over here on forum from @Josh (Nology Games) as he is the one who is quicker when it comes to response on forum from staff members. The main issue is that we are stucked with the launch of couple of games but this stucked us and we are in hurry
Probably they are taking time because of the new year holidays plus the Buildbox free version seems to have load them more than expected, good luck with the launch of your games
