Causes for BB2 Crashes

    I'm using MAC. I can set to "Multi World" and the "World End Actions" all work fine. Opens the project.
    The problem occurs when changing the "Game Play Type", then the Multi World options, except for "Endless" seem to crash the project fine.

    I'm getting the hang of this. So to implement multiple worlds for now, just choose the preset you want, for example, Platformer.
    You can create the worlds/ui etc. later on the mind map.

    As @Andy said, some presets might not be compatible yet with some settings.

    This is amazing. I remember last year, while fiddling with Unity and trying to implement levels, I told my self: "This would take forever."

    Now it's just a few clicks! How about that?

    Crashed when I hit preview. No crash report. I had platformer settings but couldn't tell you the specifics.

    OK you all bit me to it :(

    This is my first issue and thank God I backed up my original games else I will be in trouble :(

    - When I open an existing game made with v1, after conversion it runs but hangs when you loose the game and try to play again.
    - Also noticed my game settings even though its playing upwards, it shows up as moving horizontal like a platformer

    @sysads check that in the mind map there's a link from the Game Field UI to the Game Over Screen. I converted a game over and that was missing on mine, causing it to appear to hang. I added the link and now it works fine.

    WHEN WILL THE OTHER PRESETS BE RELEASED? MY GAME CRASHES BECAUSE OF THIS TOOO!

    Thank you - this works. But I would like a confirmation if BB 2.0 will work well on:
    MAC OS X 10.11 "El Capitan"
    Xcode 7.2 (7C68)
    (before I decide to upgrade)

    I tend to crash a lot... I'm running on windows 8, would that effect how bb2 runs?

    I was thinking that these crashes could be caused by some of the features pulled out on the last minute before early access/beta.

    But that's just me. :)

    The biggest addition to BB2 are Component actions. And most of the important ones crashes. Should I re-install to fix it or is it the beta?

    EDIT: I also have BB1 installed and working... could that be the issue?

    FYI: I find BB2 crashes a lot less if I don't add audio to the project (I'm on Mac OS X 10.11.2). As soon as I add audio to a game, BB2 crashes all the time (often when exiting a preview). So for now, I'm building a game with no sound and will add it right at the end or when I want to test, annoying but it's a simple workaround for now.

    Not sure if this has been mentioned, but placing more than one mirror effect crashes on preview instantly.

    I don't have BB1 installed and it's crashing for me when I try to add a Friction component. I can add other components, though.

    @Lazlow I can add components other than friction too, but are they working for you? Specially the Advanced move and Ghost jump?

    I can add those components, but I don't know if they would work (my game won't/can't use those).
