You have to delete the license file located in the following folder:
    C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\eightcell\Buildbox\com.eightcell.buildbox

You also have to verify that you do not have anything concerning Buildbox in the HOST file of the system.
    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc hosts
You have to open the file with the Notepad for example.

    Disable any VPN Software.

If you continue to have problems, contact technical support
    support@buildbox.com

That should work. If it doesn't, Try this:
    MAC:
    ~/Library/Preferences/com.eightcell.buildbox/

    WINDOWS:
    C:\Users\AppData\Local\eightcell\Buildbox\com.eightcell.buildbox

Once there, delete the com.eightcell.buildbox folder.

    Now reopen Buildbox.

This should allow you to select "Already have activation key?" and enter your activation key. Be sure to enter it without any extra characters or spaces at the beginning or end.

@x0t0 is there is non-english character in your name on a Windows machine by chance? If so this could be the issue. DM me if not already resolved or responded to in Support and we will take care of you ;)
