@ZackGriset @Andy I have emailed support but I'm just wondering if there is an issue with the licensing server I have just subscribed to the Indie tier, downloaded, installed and entered the licence key. I'm getting maximum system limit reached message even though this is the first install and input of the key. I was hoping to get going with this today.
Have you tried restarting your computer? Failing that, just try a fresh install. Lots of weird things going on with the changes it seems.
Thanks @spicedbeangames just tried the above but still getting the above. Is there anyway I can try to reset the licence file as on reinstalling I'm not getting the option to add in the product key and just get the maximum system limit message.
Delete the license file main.iblicense, located at: C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\eightcell\Buildbox\com.eightcell.buildbox Activate BB again. If you still can not activate it, contact support.
Tried the above. Its telling me its activated but exceeding the system limit. Strange thing is this is the first time I have tried to install with the new licence after subbing to the indie tier today. Emailed support.
Hey Matt, sounds like your license key needs to be reset. If you emailed support, then we should be helping you out with this soon. Please Let me know if you're still having problems with this by the end of the day.
