Thanks Andy. Will test drive it more in depth next week. Definitely hoping for a quick new update cycle so we can take full advantage of the software.

    Wish everyone a superb week-end.

When updating from 2.9 or earlier to 2.3.2 some sound will be missing most often sound thats missing is from UI but also some from game like enemy death sound etc

Even if they are playing in Buildbox they will not play on your phone both android and iphone
So before update try every game on phone to see what is missing becsouse only solution is to erase them from Buildbox and add again by draging from hard drive

Curious, was the play cooldown fixed or is this on the soon coming list?

Oh. The update did say Windows EXE export was fixed though and nothing on Mac. On my Windows, I thought it was still broken but then I realized you have to turn off encryption when you export EXE. Try that if it works

I just checked, my encryption wasn't on in the 1st place. Tried it with an existing project and a new project.... no dice :-(

Coming soon... according to development it's technically not actually broken, but simply made primarily for games with many scenes (like 100) so for games with just a few scenes all set to the same delay it appears broken. We are revisiting this to make it work for a smaller amount of scenes as well. Basically, the way support has been saying it should work.

It should work for unencrypted games, we're fixing encrypted enabled games. If you're still having a problem then email support@buildbox.com so we can get the details needed.

Sounds stop playing when the character jumps to another checkpoint. Why? It was not like that before.
I sent a bbdoc to support.

    Ok, here's a bug...

If you drop in an Object into the Death Animation of an Object, or an Object into an Action Animation of an Action, when you test your game in the preview it works fine, when you save and reopen it works fine, but once you export to iOS they've been deleted from your Atlas and do NOT appear in the game... then when you Close and Re-Open your BBDoc, they've vanished from the Project...

    Not good at all!!!!

There must be something more to it. I have several objects in action animations as spawners and not spawners and they both work as they should, on device and on BB preview. They don't disappear either from my project. Not that I'm not believing you, but there must be something else to it. Do they vanish completely or only the images and an empty placeholder is left?

Also, in general I have the feeling with 2.3 that a lot of things sometimes work and sometimes not. It depends on your project, the template you started with and most probably on a lot of other internal factors of Buildbox. For example the 'fixed' Taking Damage Animation Sound FX. Sometimes they work, sometimes they do not work. Sometimes they get cut in the middle.
