Hi guys, I want to create a game with no characters , the objectif is to tap in colored bubbles , like the PIANO TILES gameplay , how can I do that with buildbox ? Thank you
My first suggestion would be learn what kind of question are you really asking... You are really asking how do I design a game in buildbox using an invisible character that functions to achieve the goal without making themselves known to the player? And for that question, I suggest you watch every tutorial, search every forum, and make games with characters so you can learn the software because it is possible that your question will only be answerd with time and the education to finally understand the answer when you see it...
The answer lies in the question... But yeah, I never understood it either. I mean you can do a transparent character, but how can you make it appear in the exact line you want it to to destroy the enemy or collect the action? Magic I can't understand. But I'm not going to pay 30 bugs to find it out... I know,... the answer will come to me once it is ready.
Sorry if I wasn't clear about my demand , the idea is simple users every time have to tap the right colored bubble indicated in the game play , any tricks ?
Can I please get someone to just make my game for me please....it's really simple...that's all I demand. Thank you. Lol. I have bought many a template to find out how others did something. It's pretty clear where tou can find the answer. Refusing to pay for an answer that is available and demanding it be free and ask for a tutorial is asking a lot. Just like my joking comment above...which isn't very funny cuz that's exactly what your telling him to do.
Hello, we are a community, I know that you have to respect the "hacks". In the forum there are hundreds of tutorials, online thousands. We just want people to share knowledge with others.
For example bro, sharing is caring, i made a scene that probably would cost around 30 bucks and shared with everyone, a task that seemed impossible for some one to create i made it in about 10 min, should i sell it, maybe, there just are personal decisions, Regards.
I do agree with some of this. You sharing your experience is fantastic and should be given thanks. ..I myself make tutorials...I have 64 days worth of viewing and many subscribers. I have more coming and love to help and was proven with the last creator I used...I suddenly had hard times and the community actually paid for my subscription so I could continue helping others...from then on everything I did was free..however in this case the answer is available for sale as it must be complex and worth the makers time to be compensated. You may not know how much time can be spent editing or preparing to make certain tutorials. The community is and should be a mix of willing answers...and compensated in some cases IMO. I have been working on a trick to make a very exclusive to BB game myself. If I make it work I am surely going to sell it. My tutorials will be free as always. Anyways...all I'm saying is I believe in some sort of compensation at times. Using words like demand...and stating refusal to pay for the answer would never get any help from me personally. That's my line...walls built quick that way.
Where could I find some of your tutorials? Just started learning the Craft of Game Design so any pointers/mentors are extremely helpful and welcome
My current tutorials cover the iOS and Mac publishing process from start to finish. Certificates App ID's Provisioning Profiles Test Flight ad hoc via iTunes and Xcode ITunes Connect Meta Data and so on up to App Submission They were made for another game creator but only a few applied to that one and still apply to any Xcode project I am re making them specific to BB now and half way complete. My Playlist https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLNnD2_vU5LIYVtgnbgZPJpWvy3pTofvxw My first actual BB tutorial which covers App Setup and social features, leaderboards and such. A little outdated that's one reason I'm updating them.
@INKY Thanks for the link and for taking your time to make tutorials! And that is exactly just what I was looking for the entire export process tutorials, I actually did just post a thread asking about that, so that is just perfect! All the best!
