If a ticket gets closed, and I reply to it.. does @theseanjonathanconnor get notified of the new information?
Yes, any closed ticket is reopened with any email reply. We often close issues if we think the response will fix or resolve. Otherwise we get too many open tickets laying around and not knowing if they are resolved or not. Basically if it's not fixed or something else happens you should reply.
