The movement is not smooth at all, you need to work a little bit more on your settings to get to the right point. Also the sounds are all on same volume, you can work on that as well.
The settings are what make the game the game. There's going to be players who like the movement and think that it's just fine and players who don't. I appreciate your points though considering updates will be delivered in coming weeks.
