No problem. There are a few different ways to do this: You can move the car by propelling it with the friction of the tires or you can just animate the wheels to spin while the car is moving to give the illusion of rolling. I'll reply here shortly.
I realized shortly after accepting the challenge that I knew nothing about the motor function so I got to learning. I picked apart the ISOCar demo and changed the model for the cylinder/wheel to a set of tires. The tires in your bbdoc had an off center origin so I just used some tires that I made for another to save time. You operate by pressing the left or right side of the screen for forward and backward.
