Before this can be answered, we will need additional info. Is it a platformer where you need to jump over an object, or is it a jumping game where you need the character to launch itself upward each tap?

Ok, I will answer in a little bit, I've got some stuff to do. But I can definitely tell you how to do this and/or even provide a template I can make that demonstrates how it works. :)

Ok so this takes a little bit longer to setup...

You have to options, bear with me with this explanation or you can download a provided Buildbox 1.2.1 template I made for you.

Template download:

Tutorial:

Almost all of what needs to be done, will be done in your settings.

Open your settings for the project by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of Buildbox. Click on the Gameplay tab. Click on the dropdown menu labeled "Gameplay Preset" and select the Jumper option.

Align the Game Frame to look like this:

Or, if you'd like them to die when they hit the bottom, drag the bottom line all the way down, and click it until it is red. Click on the Advanced Gameplay Settings tab. Set the Jump Force (Y) to 50.

Now, for the click to jump:

Open the Menu Editor (as explained in an answer to a previous question of yours) and double click the Game Field object. Now, create a button that is invisible (just don't provide an image) that fills the entire screen. For the button action select "Char Jump." And you're done. :)
