Go to settings -> Advanced Gameplay Settings
Bottom right there is a setting "Back Del Threshold"
Play with that. It's the number (of pixels I assume) that the game will keep before deleting objects (to save memory).
I would imagine if you make it too high, you will run into memory issues on weak devices.
I would maybe set it to around 5000 and then make an object that can NOT be passed going backward at least every 5000 pixels. Maybe a tall ramp.
