I have bought your Buildbox, but I can't open it. it always appear " can't connect to server"..

My lap has no firewall, no anti-virus software, and the internet works  very well. 

Please help me soon

We are aware of the issue and are in the process of investigating and solving it currently. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we fix this, in the meantime 1.2.2 seems to appear working fine for trial users:

    Nope, 1.2.2 does not work for MAC users also.

I solved in this way.

My mac was set in my language (Italian) as soon as I changed it to English everything is back to work.

Trial, purchased - it don't matter. Everyone is having this issue. I'd like to see some good customer service here and at least let us know what is going on, what is being fixed  ( if it is ) and potentially an ETA on this matter. Keep your customers informed please.
