Bb4 Isn't Registering My Free Trial

    I'm trying to use the 5 day free trial, but it still says "You do not have a BB4 plan" when I open the app and log in.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Is there any chance you could have used a different email when you signed up for the trial version on the website vs. the email you used on the app?
