Test Flight

When sending test flight to publisher.
Do you send a completed game or a short version of the game?

Depends on what they are asking for? Some will want a prototype, others may want a fully polished game. You are better off asking them. Or if you are just emailing random publishers, you could get away with a shorter version and a brief outline of what is coming/you will be adding
